Nach einer Insolvenz im Jahr 2020, die durch Verzögerungen beim Bau der Fähre W.B. Yeats und die Kündigung von Verträgen durch TT-Line und Brittany Ferries ausgelöst wurde, übernahmen mehrere zur Tennor Holding gehörende Gesellschaften Teile des Werftbetriebs. Die FSG wurde damit neu aufgestellt und ohne Altschulden weitergeführt
